1st interview was an assessment, divided in 2 parts first part consisted of 10 questions about HR situations, following the questions: 1:if Ryan works 37,5hours per week and get paid annually £20000, how much would he get if he works 30hours per week. 2: on of your employees tells you she is pregnant what would you ask for? 3:Ryan works 7-5:30 mon-Friday with one hour break but wants to change to the following: Mon-Tuesday 7-5:30 with one hour break Wednesday-Thursday 7-3 with 30minutes break Friday 7-3 with one hour break 4: a mortgage company calls and ask you for the details for these details of one of your employees: -annual salary -when he started to work What would you answer 5: one of your employees is been sick and other colleague comes and ask if you could provide him his address to send him a get well soon card, how would you respond. Other questions were about calculate holidays based on a table. Second part was a 10 minute visual test divided in two parts first one for numbers and second for letters: For example: 1: 23756 A:23856. B:33756 C:23657 D:32756 E:23756 Where the right answer would be E Same way would be for letters test, starts with three numbers/letter and increases till 6, a total of 40 questions each round in five minutes. If you passed this assessment you are invited to the next round the interview.
