Tell me about what you currently are responsible for in your position?
No real difficult questions. They didn't follow any prescribed set of questions. Everyone I interviewed with said they just wanted to have a casual conversation. It was pretty evident that most of the managers didn't have much training when it comes to asking interview questions that assess a candidates skill set in a structured way which could be valuable for comparing multiple candidates.
This interview did not ask any questions, they wanted the interviewee to ask the questions.
Unfortunately did not get interviewed.
What is the size of the largest HR team you've managed, how was it divided, and how many total employees were you supporting through your HR team?
Asked very basic questions regarding experience.
The questions were fairly typical.
