iCIMS Technology - University Hire interview questions

iCIMS is one sham when it comes to job applications and process for getting a job. I have applied to iCIMS twice, one for internship and another time for full time and both the time I had same experience. They send you a Codility test after around 2 months after the application and then once you give the test, they never get back to you with the results. I got the tests for internship as well as full time and gave the tests well in time but they never got back to me. Even after around 4 months since, i have applied, the position in my application portal says Under Review. How long are these guys reviewing few simple coding questions?
