Sold a total bill of lies by leadership. Should not call the position "Account Manager". This is purely a cold-call business development position. You aren't managing anything, or taking orders like their other "Inside Sales". 6 -8 months and you don't hack it? Start looking, because the turnover is HIGH and you will be out the door...

Question 1

No difficult questions whatsoever. It was more casual and informal than I have ever seen. That should be a red flag. The only question they were concerned with is "Do you want to make money? Does that drive you???!"
