A recruiter reached out to me after applying for a position. I was asked to pick a initial screen interview time to talk to the recruiter (the recruiter wanted to interview only on a specific day which was several days after they sent the initial email asking for a interview) I picked a time on the day the recruiter wanted. The day before the interview they cancelled saying the position was closed (I looked later and saw the position was still available) hmmm
