I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at iHerb (Irvine, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
There is a phone interview first, then if they like you a second in person interview. I got a call from one of their HR people. He was very nice. We did a quick phone interview where i tried to explain in detail what my tech experience was and how i could be a good fit for iHerb. I rambled on i guess and the HR person got bored. They did not call me for a 2nd interview. Not sure if it was the salary or if i was overqualified or whatever.
Average. A few rounds with hiring manager, a senior engineer, and QA. It was very lengthy, and communications were scarce. One round had to be rescheduled due to the person being unavailable.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iHerb (Lublin) in Sep 2021
Interview
great experience, lots of design related questions, really liked it.
It was one short interview, with a manager, another tswo hours interview with tech guys and the last one with Solution Architect.
Poor experience with the interviewer. This was virtual interview. They were just trying to prove me wrong from start. Showing me that they are superior just because they are interviewers. Unprofessional experience. One of the interviewers was wearing shorts and seems like he came straight out of bed.
