      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at iLink Digital in Nov 2019

      Interview

After a detailed discussion with HR about my past experience, skill set, expectations they scheduled a skype call for technical discussion. The interviewer was very aggressive and disrespectful. He started the discussion with some irrelevant questions. He wanted me to explain him, in my past experience why joined and left each of the companies (not sure if he has accepted to do the HR job also. This i have already explained to HR) . Then followed by some borrowed questions from internet (sure he has the answers prepared in advance) . couple of questions were interesting but most of them are vague. Rather he should have focused more on the conceptual understanding related questions. Totally it is a waste of time. Unfortunately, now a days there are no standards for taking the interviews. Any body can ask anything when they are given a chance to take the interview. HR should focus on these and always arrange for a panel of experts to take the interviews than an individual show off .
