Interview
Questions were very basic and are not curated to the candidates. Interview process was very unprofessional. Got email for aptitude test on the same day of test, got directly timings for interview on the same day as well. Does not care about the persons abilities or personality.

Interview
Ilink systems came to our college campus for hiring process. The process took one day. There were three rounds totally first round was online test, second round was Technical HR, in Technical HR round your understanding in the languages or area of interest you mentioned in the resume will be tested. The third round was General HR ,In General HR round you will be asked about the things you have mentioned in your resume and you will be asked to solve a riddle or a aptitude in both the HR rounds.
