      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iLink Digital in Mar 2024

      Interview

      "I'm very happy with the interview process; it was efficient and encouraging. The process took two-weeks and onboarding process was during the third week, which is better compared to other organizations." The first interview was conducted by the CTO, 2nd level was with the Customer which was conducted by two knowledgeable cybersecurity experts ( Director of cybersecurity and Cyber Practice Lead Architect and the 3rd step was with Chief Operating Officer.

      Most questions are real life scenarios. For example: working with auditors and carrying out assessment's on implemented controls. Testing of controls and how to handle communications with multiple stakeholders. Prioritizing tasks and more. * Risk assessment best practice process * Mapping of best practice frameworks * SOC 2 details/ SOC 3 * Compliances * 3rd party negotiation and gathering of evidence from third party end.
