After 3 different interviews for diff positions, they never got back to me. Also all the positions demanded working on odd hours occassionally. Adding this sentence to complete the dumb word limit glassdoor has set.

Had a pleasant 1 hr Teams interview. early Dec 2021. Went through my CV and usual questions about BA techniques/ toolkit. Said I'd be contacted within the next 2 days. Didn't hear anything, then a month later I was invited to a chat with HR. Straight off the bat I was asked what I was bringing to the role (after all that time I could barely remember the role) but we pressed on. I was then made to feel like a huge risk to the company as they like to retain staff and I'd come from a contracting background. A salary was proposed which was lower than the minimum I had stipulated to the agency at the start (If there is a clear budget range why not put that in your job ads so we don't all waste our time). I asked if it was possible to have a quick call with the Product Owner/PM which HR promised to set up but i never heard from them again!

The interview process was easy. I was contacted by the recruiter first who then scheduled my interview with the hiring team. I was then interviewed by 4 people including the senior business analyst, director, manager and the senior software developer. They mostly asked me questions related to my work experience. Now it has been more than 2 months and I have not heard back from them. I have written them twice asking for some update only to end up with one email from the recruiter saying that they are still interviewing candidates for the position and now I'm completely ghosted by the company. I'm completely disappointed with the company for their lack of communication.It was a total waste of my time.
