2 phone interviews, if you impress you will be invited to training where a more in depth background check will be done...they will go very in-depth into your financial and work history, so be prepared to answer all questions truthfully. Pass that and complete the training, and they will offer you a position-giving you about a month to get acclimated to the call floor.

Hiring manager was late to interview--very unprofessional. The recruiting office/Sourcing Specialist was disorganized and amateurish. The hourly wage in insultingly low, the training would have been minimal, and the benefits/perks were lacking.
