I got a call telling me they were interested. Same day interview and hire. The interview consisted of typical interview questions and an agility test/QA test to see if you work with small screws well or have a good eye for detail. They drug test, but if you show them you're medical card if you're a 420 person, they will accept it. They wouldn't have a team, if they drug tested all the employees at the site.
