I was interviewed in iQor Dasmarinas earlier. The person who interviewed me was kind but unfortunately, I was too nervous since it was my first job interview. After the initial interview, she told me what she had noticed about me and the things that I need to improve at. She told me that I have a potential but because of my lack of confidence, she failed me. It is important to prepare yourself in constructing sentences in English fluently. The interviewer must know the idea or main point of what you are saying. If you kept on stuttering and saying a lot of "um's", hello failure! It was a great experience for me because it was my first time. Tips: 1. Avoid stuttering 2. Always maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Never look above! 3. Practice constructing sentences in English. It should not be too short. 4. Don't make your answers sound too scripted. 5. Smile 6. Be confident. Show you are confident by smiling and avoid slouching.
