Interview
My initial interview was a panel interview where all the candidates were interviewed at the same time which I found to be a bit lazy on the operations managers part, it was very uncomfortable. However my interview for my final 2 programs were great I interviewed with the vice president if the program as well as the operations manager. Both interviews were conducted very professionally and I was given an update in less than 24 hours

Interview
Easy, kiss their butts and you'll have a job! If you have half a brain and are willing to work whatever hours they want you too and are even just a little smarter than the average Joe they will offer you a job. They are very desperate right now! Just don't say anything stupid and your in!

It was very odd no woman had gathered my resume from a job there then called me for a phone interview then called me for a face-to-face interview I'm at with her and her boss. I later found out that she had use my resume and her referral program to get credit for me so I felt as though he's getting hired no matter what so she could earn some money when she earned her money for me I was transferred to a different department
