Asked for background, simple introduction, asked problem solving questions, then reviewed my CV and further probed my previous job experienced to get in depth with. After that they asked for any Training certification I might have from an accredited facility, then I was given a QR code to scan which contains basic BPO questionaires to answer which would allow.
