I completed the application process on their website, and the next day I was contacted via e-mail by a recruiter for a face to face interview. The e-mail stated that the position available is for a Customer Service Agent with T-Mobile instead of the Technical Support position I initially applied for. I decided to go ahead with the interview which was a group interview including the recruiter and trainer for the position asking a series of questions to each person based on the interviewee's resume. A few hours after the interview I was extended the job offer, but I respectfully declined because the starting pay for training is $9.50 an hour and once you get to the production floor it increases to $10.00. Overall, I had a good interview experience.
