None difficult, most discussions are around what we bring to the table and fitment assessment.
They posted the salary range after my interviews which was significantly lower than what I asked for, which is probably why they went with someone else. They need to put salary expectations on the table as no one commented on my desired range at all. To have someone prepare for seven interviews and not even extend an offer is inconsiderate of time and energy spent.
