Interview 1: The interview with the recruiter was making sure I was a good fit for the company and going over the overall culture. Interview 2: The interview with the managers was making sure I was a good fit for the team and made sure I had the experience and could adequately do the job. Interview 2: Third manager opinion to make sure I was a good fit for the Implementation Department and could work cross team.

What is a situation where you used humor to diffuse a situation?
Watch out for the 60 second paper test right at the end of the day (after meeting with an HR representative)! Your brain will be a bit tired by that point and they want to see how nimble you are at that point. The questions are not difficult, but they were unexpected.
