How do you work in a group?
Fairly straight forward: mostly competency based questions. Regular motivational questions. They never called me back, neither answered to my email. That is super rude.
A time a team did not work well/ a time a team worked perfectly? whats market risk? Credit Risk? What interests you about risk? Biggest problem facing banking today in your opinion? (No maths questions... but some other candidates got asked a few)
A time when received difficult feedback. How did you handle it? Tell me what is not on your CV. Use 2 min to tell something additional. Why UBS? Why this internship? + 2 more technical questions. I got a feeling that these questions were chosen based on my CV because I mentioned something about it, and questions asked like to know more. My suggestion is to really think about the company and program, why do you want to join it and how you can differentiate yourself from other candidates. And really think through your CV and points that you wrote.
