I was not asked any questions because Capital One's hiring governance is broken like many other companies.
They were more concerned about team work and collaboration
Very basic situational questions
Many management-related questions (i.e. behavioral), some were quite general technical, none about security architecture. It looked like a second HR conversation, rather than a technical interview.
