The questions in my interview were fairly boiler plate, however I was surprised when the Interviewer dove right into describing his vision for the organization and my role in particular. At that point it became a two-way dialogue, a mix of shop talk and philosophy if you will. It was my first interview of that nature and I have to say it was pleasant.
What's the mission statement of your organization and how do you emphasize on that statement in your daily activities to cascade the same to your team?

Primarily IT Project Management
They asked questions that didn't really drill down into my relevant experience. Pretty typical "feelings" based ones. I can't recall the specific questions.
