Basic questions. “Tell us about when a team member wasn’t doing their part” “Why Blackrock” “where do you see yourself in 5 years?” Final round had several 30 minute interviews with different groups. Mostly behavioral, but make sure to know about trends in the market and economy (international too) research different companies you’d be interested in investing in since you have to give a mini stock pitch.
