The following roleplay scenarios were used in place of traditional interview questions: Presence: Your Story - The prompt makes it seem like you are introducing yourself to staff but the interviewer expects you to present a metaphor-based, inspirational speech. Observation/Feedback- You'll watch a video and take notes to provide feedback later. The "teacher" will be largely disinterested in your feedback. You will have to roleplay things like walking out of the fictional classroom and entering the office in which you will be providing feedback. Weekly Data Meeting- You will roleplay a meeting where you will analyze teacher materials/ student documents and check alignment toward standards. The facilitator may not be familiar with the standards addressed in the lesson, so this conversation will be nearly impossible.
