Insurance Agent Interview Questions
"When interviewing for a position as an insurance agent, you can expect to be asked about your general knowledge of insurance policies and sales experience, and you may be asked to role-play a few scenarios where you have to sell insurance to various customers. Your employer will want to ensure you have the sales and customer services skills to sell the right insurance policies to the right customers. Licensing requirements vary by state and insurance type, and you should research the job's required licensing before attending the interview."

How long have you been in the industry?
How well do you get along with people?
Describe how you would sell something to us?
They ask you about your background, to talk more about yourself, what are your expectations.
What’s your greatest strength and weakness?
Nothing that would overwhelm you.
Unfortunately, most of the people doing the interviews (not all) have no other former experience as managers, at least none where they excelled. So just hang in there. They want to hire you a LOT more than you want to work there. If you decide you have what it takes, just show an earnest desire to learn and you will get hired.
No real questions, just explained how the job worked and if we would be okay with the the type of job it was.
