Had 2 interviews for the CSM position at the Ironsource sister company "Raise" (which currently doesn't exist on Glassdoor). First interview: on the phone 15 minutes and then scheduled for the second one in their offices. Second interview: with the CSM team lead. The interviewer was very polite and nice, despite I got the impression some questions were focused on getting information because I work in their competitor right now. The interviewer seemed disappointed that I was not speaking professional Hebrew, since all internal meetings were in Hebrew despite all client communications would be in English. A total deception since in the job description there was no "Hebrew required". Third interview: immediately after the second one with the VP development. Super professional and good vibes. A lot of focus on my personal side, but also trends of the industry. A week after received a WhatsApp message from the main interviewer saying they decided to move with other candidates. I replied asking for insights/feedback and no answer. Pros: Sarona Tower, well known company, friendly vibes.

First of all, I sent them my resume for a CSM position and they called me for another position. When I told the hiring manager I’d like to interview for CSM, she said she will check if it’s relevant and get back to me within 1 hour. Obviously she didn’t get back to me so I actually followed up with them via the hiring manager for this position on Linkedin. The initial part of the process was to prepare a presentation was to create a presentation based on a simulation they provide you which includes different pieces of data in regards to a real customer. You are required to analyze it & basically simulate as if you are the customer’s real CSM. When you come in to the interview, they start with providing you a background about the company, the team & the role they are hiring for. Following that, they continue to a personal interview asking about your background and previous experience. I’ve spent days on creating the perfect presentation and really prepared for it which they were able to recognize. However, a few days later, I received the usual generic email that they’ve decided to continue with another candidate which is ridiculous because the position was still open.... It’s perfectly fine ok they didn’t hire me, but be respectful - take a few minutes, pick up the phone and call candidates who took time off to prepare & time off work to come in. ironSource is a great company with a great product but they should seriously make improvements in their talent acquisition and be more professional with potential candidates.
