A person who is trying to build the team reached me out then we scheduled a call with the HR. HR is communicating only by phone, it took a while for us to be synced. Email could be way easier.. Then they gave me a case study which was ok. Then I presented it to few people. Just it is annoying to see them in a conference room as tiny heads, I would prefer to see their faces on individual cameras. I don't have a bad impression at the end. But receiving calls on Sunday & handling the process by phone is weird. Also they used different names on the mails than my name. HR team is giving unprofessional impression.
