One of the key questions was: “Can you walk me through a time when you influenced a client or leadership team to move forward with a recommendation they were initially hesitant about? What was your approach and what was the outcome?” This type of behavioral question highlighted the importance they place on consultative influence, client management, and strategic communication skills.

- First I got a link to an aptitude test. Mostly simple math, grammar, and logic questions. - Next a phone interview with the recruiter. Basically going through my resume - Then a zoom interview with the Director for the IT team. About me, why I am a good fit, how I work with belligerent users. - The final interview was on zoom with about 5 people from the IT team. Again about me, why I'm a good fit, the process I go through when solving problems, how I handle problems I can't solve, instances I have failed, how I learn, etc.
