1. Can you tell me a little about yourself?
The interview had an average questions for the position I was applying to.
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what you did about it.
The questions are scenario/roll-playing based and scripted. The interview process becomes very informal that way. It's like you are taking a test instead of really getting to know the people or position. Often you get asked the same question or a version of the same question by different people. Wasn't a helpful experience.
