Describe some of the challenging situation that you encountered and how did you handled it.
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult employee, how did you handle it and would you handle it differently today, why or why not?
Interview questions tend to be standard behavioral, so just be prepared to answer the typical "Tell me about a mistake you made and how did you correct it". Think lots of examples of projects, situations, etc. No real hard questions, just try to make sure your answers fit the position you're applying to.
