A few examples: • “Tell me about your IT background and past roles.” • “How do you handle onboarding and offboarding?” • “What’s your experience with security and compliance?” • “Why do you want to work at MinIO?” Nothing original or challenging — just the same basic questions you’d get anywhere. For how long they dragged the process out (including making me meet with the CEO), the questions felt lazy and unorganized.
