Further, the company opted for a free trial with the ability to subscribe for $9.99. After this, the data on downloads and revenue changed. But for existing users the conditions remained the same. Then other changes were introduced and how this affected the statistics. In the end it turned out that the application violated the terms of the Apple Store and it was removed. But existing users continued to use the application and pay for the subscription and a question is like “what the approximate revenue in the next 2 weeks will be?”. Tuve una primera fase que consistía en un cuestionario inicial, el cual sentí que estaba más orientado a evaluar mis habilidades blandas y mi perfil psicológico que mis conocimientos técnicos o de diseño. Las preguntas estaban enfocadas en entender cómo pienso, cómo reacciono ante diferentes situaciones laborales y cómo encajaría dentro del equipo o la cultura de la empresa.

Describe their pain points (5 mins). Describe what kind of tech they use (5 mins). Design a solution for them (10 mins). We had to present at the end to the group and answer/ask questions.
