Both the HR Director and Marketing Manager asked me to provide an overview of my skill set as well as an overview as to my desire to become a designer. They also asked me about the type of company culture I thrive in the most.

Run through a previous project
Reviewed my portfolio and had me talked through my design process. Went through several projects, seeing what I contributed to each one. In the second interview they wanted to get to know me professionally and if I would be a good fit based on communication, personality, etc.
