In the first round, they asked me about my previous experiences and what I understood about the company. The interview was with the Senior Designer who was very welcoming. in the second I was asked to complete a task and present it. This was conducted with another Senior Designer present. The task was fairly straightforward but lacked enough direction to understand what was expected. I was also given an 80-page brand guidelines document to study in order to complete the task. The third was an interview with a more senior employee mostly repeating the questions in the first and second interviews. It also allowed me to hear more about the role and the company's values.
