I have been to many interviews for a QA Lead role in the past. One of the things I was asked which was different in this interview, and it has a direct link to the company's work ethics and work habits, was: "Your employee is about to finish a 2 week stay abroad and has notified you he cannot stay and must be back home to handle some pressing matters. You have been requested to PERSUADE him to stay for a few more days. What are you going to do?"
