Questions about my education were relatively unexpected at this point in my career. I chose to answer in a way that highlighted my skill and passion for my work given my Valedictorian status was on my resume. However, I believe I would have been better served to answer highlighting the fame of my professors and my numerous accomplishments.
Mostly techno leadership discussions with prospective colleagues. Discussions are around motivation and leadership style to see if there is a mutual cultural alignment.
Why would you like to work at DLG? What attracted you to this graduate program? What would you like to gain from this? Then standard competency questions… tell me about a time etc.
