Asked about the places I recently worked at. No in-depth questions, just more conversational.
Walk me through a typical day from start to finish. Tell me about a time with a difficult coworker? Client? Resident? What are your weaknesses? What are your strengths? What makes you stand out? Would you provide a concession if a resident is upset about ______??

None. I was asked by almost every interviewer what my long term goals were.

What are the 2 most important aspects in sales? What are the 2 most important aspects of customer service? How would your current employer describe you (something to that effect)?
what would you do if a prospect or future resident said no to you?
No specific questions really stuck out to me. Standard questions about things like: what is your prior work experience, what brought you to leasing/real estate, why do you want to work here, how do you deal with conflict resolution, etc. It is an entry level position so I think the thing they look for the most is how you would fit with the Property Manager and the rest of the team at your specific location.
