What value would I add to the university
The first interview was fairly informal, I wasn’t required to prepare a presentation at this stage (although the level as to which I was expected to prepare was very unclear and I had to liaise with admin to reach clarity on this). The second interview was much more detailed and required hours of prep; I had to prepare two separate presentations. The first was about my teaching activities and student work (briefs, modules, feedback etc.) The second was a choice between two very specific questions asking me to propose a delivery structure for the programme.
