Case was a market share question about a drug. Pretty standard and straightforward (especially if you have previous experience; I did not and just crash studied cases for 3 days and still thought the case to be manageable and got it right). Keep in mind they do keep your "jotting notes" paper and also expect you to bring your own.
All cases were market sizing for drugs.

Pricing, market size estimation. Most of the data were given and had to ask for few details. Not very complicated or exciting.
Asked basic questions about my resume, why consulting, why Simon-Kucher etc. I did not have a case study in the initial interview.
