Do not feel that there were "prepared" questions. Questions were based off my experience and their department needs and past issues. It was a very organic and free flowing interview.
Creativity questions. Ask about risk management.
The hiring manager stated that I was lacking one important qualification. She asked me to try to convince her that she should hire me. This was rude and just ridiculous.
They asked me to describe my related experience in great detail.
