I had a phone screening round first with the HR- she asked me to tell me about myself, why I want to work at lululemon, what values of lululemon do I align with the most and what are my salary expectations. For the salary question, I mentioned the range that they had given in the job description but she quoted a very low range and said the range in the job description isn't their actual budget. I found that a bit odd, anyway I heard back after a month and got rejected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what values of lululemon do you align with the most
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Bengaluru) in Nov 2022
Interview
A total waste of time. The company doesn't respect candidate's time.
I was contacted by a consultancy and was told to appear for Round 1 - was technical and the questions were mainly from the projects mentioned in my resume.
For Round 2 - I was communicated the next day and it was technical too but mainly on the end-to-end and more in-depth.
Round 3 - This was a mix of Technical and Managerial round. As part of the technical questions - I was asked more about tools, processes, architecture, etc.
Post-Round 3, I was asked to appear for one more formal round with leaders from HQ. Round 4 - This turned out to be technical only with basic and logical questions from ML. I believe I faired this round too.
Till round 4 the communication was super fast and smooth but post that even with multiple follow-ups with the HRs there has been no communication or feedback till date. Even if it's a rejection I would request HRs to communicate with the candidates as we too invested time in the interviews. For this aspect, my whole experience turned out to be negative. I would expect companies like Lululemon to be more professional.
