Interview
I've interviewed with Lulu several times. I submitted my resume which they kept on file and I was called in to interview at several locations around my area.
The interview varied from large group (around 10) to small group (4) and one on one which was offered after "passing" the phone screening interview. Each time it seemed like they were just fielding the talent in the market as interviewers didn't seem that invested in following through with the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Several questions that seem to be irrelevant, like if you could be any animal, which would you be and why? Others that are more telling like, when did you make a mistake at work, which was an optional question to answer. They also seem to be very fond of the "teach the group how to do something new" which I encountered in both group interviews.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
