I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Group interview with 7 other candidates. Answer questions in any order, the more aggressive people answered first. 3 store employees asking questions, one made notes, very little eye contact. All the Lulu staff were early twenties as were most of the candidates. I was clearly the oldest.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time that you received feedback. Describe a time you gave feedback. Describe a goal and how you achieved. What can we always count on you for and what can we never count on you for.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

Question 1
Tell us about a time that you had to overcome a challenge.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
