I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
Went in for a group interview in the morning. When I got to the location, the other candidates were waiting outside until they let us in. We pulled out yoga mats and sat on the floor in a circle (email invitation said to dress casual as they sometimes sit on the floor -- which was the case here). The interviewers were super nice (key holder & assistant manager) and friendly! At the end of the interview they gave us availability sheets to fill out and that kind of burst my bubble because for a while there I forgot I was in an interview. We just went around and gave our answers to the questions, not really in order but everyone got a turn.
I wasn't sure what to wear but I ended up wearing cropped lululemon wunder unders, with a top that showed off a bit of my lululemon sports bra with a fun strappy backing. The other girls were wearing lulu pants as well and black ish tops so I felt good about my choice. Waiting to hear back!
