Interview
The first interview took place with 15 other people in a coffee shop. it was very difficult to find time to speak without having to interrupt. The questions were fairly straight forward and easy to answer, but being in a large group made it fairly difficult. I was then called back for a second interview in the store which was more casual. It then took around a month to get the hiring process and shifts scheduled which was fairly frustrating. Otherwise it was a fairly straightforward hiring process.
