When I arrived at the store, the manager greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and welcomed me inside where several mats were layered into a neat circle. I began by filling out an availability form and the interview started shortly after. There were two other key leaders present who shared the basics of they're roles and what they enjoyed about working at lulu. The manager explained a little bit about the position and asked us several questions to get an idea of how knowledgeable we were about the company and its clothing, as well as our goals and accomplishments. When the interview finished they thanked us for coming in and let us know that we would receive a follow-up later the same day. Overall it was a very relaxed yet professional process that can be fun if you come prepared knowing the position you're applying for. It sounds cliche, but Lululemon is very different from the next retail store.
