I applied online and received an email about two weeks afterwards to come in for a group interview the following week. The interview itself is very casual. I work lululemon leggings and jacket. You are invited to dress comfortably because we sat on the ground. Questions they ask are very similar to the questions on the application.

Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.

They set a interview in a round table in the food court of the mall and asked every individuals about themselves 5 situation based questions. The interview was very friendly and easy going.
