I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
**Read this before you waste endless hours applying at their head office***
Lululemon is by far the most unprofessional organization I have ever interviewed with.
I have now interviewed there at least 4 times. Two of those times got to the top two candidates & then they just ghosted me. At the Manager level you are required to put in a lot of time. In both circumstances I followed up several times and no one (and I mean no one) ever responded. I have no problem that I didn’t get the roles, but they treat interviewees terribly.
My last experience, they invited me to apply for a role (a Manager role in Brand/Events). I spent hours prepping, had to take the morning off of work and arrived 15 minutes early. On my way in, I received an EMAIL saying they had decided to cancel the role so wouldn’t need to interview me.
I was literally outside their front door when they sent this. No phone call. No apology. No offer to compensate me for the $7 in parking.
After this experience, I will never ever apply there again and neither will any of my vast network of professional friends. They have also lost a (previously) life long customer.

Question 1
What is your experience working cross functionally in a large organization.
They were very nice, came in and they asked respectful questions. I was given every opportunity to get the job, they decided to go with someone with more experience. Overall, highly recommend applying
