The first interview is a group interview with about 10-12 people. They did a lot of ice breakers. Group interviews are always really awkward. They really want people who have the same lifestyle that Lululemon represents.

How do you handle difficult situations with a manager?
Group interview to begin. It was over zoom. Everyone had many chances to speak you would actually go around the room and call on who you wanted to go after you. The interviewers were nice but make sure to talk and share your opinion
Group Interview with about 10 other candidates and two existing team members. They went around randomly, allowing each candidate to answer the same questions one at a time. The questions were pretty basic about job experience, background, lululemon knowledge, and situational questions.

Group zoom interview with about 5 other people, very relaxed and fairly easy questions- other candidates were very qualified and it was a competitive environment. I heard back about 5 days later over email
