1st Meet and Greet (this is just getting to know you - hobbies, interests, how you like to sweat)
2nd Group (still continuing to get to know you and how you stand out in comparison to others)
3rd 1 on 1 (this is more of the nitty gritty of the interviews where they go into details of how you work with others and examples from former jobs)
Sometimes there's a 4th called a "Sweat date" where you go workout together with the interviewer.

Very laidback, lots of questions regarding personal and professional goals. First interview was an online group interview and the second was a one on one with a lead and a manager

It was amazing and they really thought about the questions. They were super friendly. I needed more experience in the end. Like they were super helpful. I learned a lot from my expereience there.
