I had two interviews. The first was in the store where I answered a few questions that really spoke to core values, your motivations and intent; most people have a group interview for their first interview. The second interview was from the Gen Manager. It was will two people and reviewed similar questions with added behavioral questions.

It was amazing and they really thought about the questions. They were super friendly. I needed more experience in the end. Like they were super helpful. I learned a lot from my expereience there.
